A large nationalized bank that conducted a countrywide recruitment drive for probationary officers. As part of their selection procedure, the candidates were to go through a skill assessment on office productivity suites.

The bank needed an assessment partner to conduct nationwide assessments in a secured environment as well as to report the test scores instantly.

Attest offered an end-to-end solution to the bank by designing the assessment, conducting it in a proctored environment & providing a detailed report for each candidate within hours of completion of the exam.

First, Attest formed a test design committee incorporating experts from the field. The committee selected the following topics for assessment:

• MS Word
• MS Excel
• PowerPoint
• Outlook

Then, Attest designed a test blueprint outlining the topics & the levels of difficulty of questions corresponding to each topic. The blueprint was approved by the customer & a question bank was created with a sufficient number of items to ensure minimal repetition of questions across test sessions.

The exam was delivered through Attest Test Centres in major cities, with multiple slots each day. After each session, each candidate?s responses were automatically collated in the Attest Central Server. On completion of all sessions, a detailed score report of each candidate was made available to the customer. The report contained section-wise scores as also overall scores & ranks of the test takers.

Since the entire project was executed in a very short span of time, Attest helped save crucial turnaround time and helped the customer achieve a faster recruitment process.
