NAC-Tech (NASSCOM Assessment on Competency of Technology) is an employability pre-assessment test that aims to simplify/ standardize campus hiring. The test is designed & developed by experienced professionals from the industry.

All major IT companies - including TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant & HCL - consider NAC-Tech scores a pre-requisite for their on-campus & off-campus hiring. Apart from these, 1000+ member companies of NASSCOM use NAC-Tech as the platform to identify the right talent for recruitments.

Eligibility criteria

• All engineering graduates/ postgraduates passing out by 2015 are eligible to take the test
• Preferred scores of candidates: 60% aggregate in graduation/ postgraduate levels

Registration process

NAC-Tech is a 60-minute test & the format is as follows:

Other information:

• Allocation of seats will be on first-come-first-served basis
• The online registration form has two sections:
  • Upload soft copy of candidate’s recent passport size photograph in jpeg, jpg or gif format, of size less than 1 MB
  • Choose & fill-in the unique no. of any of the following 5 photo ID documents:
    PAN/ Voter ID/ Driving License/ Passport/ College ID
• Candidate must bring the ‘chosen document’ to the test centre (at the time of taking the test) in original for verification purposes
